On April 3rd, President #VolodymyrZelensky appeared at the #Grammys, demanding support for his country and imploring the industry's top performers to "fill the silence" caused by war with music. President Zelensky gave his pre-recorded statement before John Legend sang "Free" with Ukrainian vocalist Mika Newton, guitarist Siuzanna Iglidan, and poet Lyuba Yakimchuk. His appearance on music's biggest night in the US comes as global fury grows over charges of Russian war crimes in #Ukraine, with the uncovering of mass graves and bodies in villages near Kyiv.
