On 17th December, Typhoon Rai had hit Phillippines at a speed of 195 kilometers per hour, said to be the strongest typhoon to hit the country this year. More than 80 people have been killed and 300,000 people fled their homes as the typhoon destroy the southern and central regions of the country.
