In conversation with The Logical Indian's Shweta Kothari, Supreme Court Advocate Bharat Chugh answers several questions around Disha Ravi's case including what is sedition.
He said, "the order given by magistrate in Ravi's case was a mechanical order, in my opinion. It doesn't reflect that the judge really appreciated the case at hand".
