Indian specially-abled chess medalist, Malika Handa on January 2 released a video mentioning Punjab Sports Minister Pragat Singh, who had denied her a job and cash award which was promised to her saying there is no such policy for deaf sports. Handa is the first Indian woman to win a gold medal in the International Deaf Chess Championship and 6 medals in World & Asian championship.
