The Bengaluru Farmers' Union along with several other unions staged a protest on October 3 in Bengaluru. The unions have been demanding arrest of Ashish, son of Union Minister of State for Home Ajay Mishra, who allegedly drove a car over protesting farmers in Lakhimpur Kheri in UP. They also demand resignation of minister Ajay Mishra.
