Anand Malligavad, a Bengaluru based engineer who has been rejuvenating lakes in the city for the past five years has set a milestone of 11 lakes being rejuvenated so far. Malligavad has been working on three more lakes and plans to hit 45 lakes by 2025. Kyalasanahalli Lake near Anekal was rejuvenated within 4 days with a budget of 95 lakhs.
