While terrorism across the world is sparking bloodbath and clamour over various religious beliefs, some Hindus and Muslims came together to show the true colour of religious harmony. People from both the communities have jointly organised refreshment camps for the hiking pilgrims of Kanwar Yatra who are en route to Haridwar in the holy month of Saavan.

The Saifi Samaj Shamli is a group of Muslim social workers who are serving the pilgrims with bananas and biscuits on their way to Haridwar. They are also facilitating medical aid to the Kanwars.

On the other hand, people from all regions have come to join a “universal brotherhood movement”, which is serving drinking water to the Kanwars at Kalkaji Temple in Delhi. These pictures are some great examples of the bond of humanity these people are sharing with each other.
