Hyderabad Rape Victim’s Name Trends On Prominent Porn Site

Days after the gang-rape of a 26-year-old Hyderabad veterinary doctor created a nationwide outrage on women’s safety, a prominent porn site was buzzing with victim’s fake video with her name on it.

The social media was taken by storm and people started reposting the screenshot calling it disgusting and sickening. While people throughout the country are protesting against sexual harassment against women, perverts shamelessly took the pleasure of searching for the rape video.

The victim’s name started to trend which was tagged along with the fake videos uploaded on the site. The videos with the victim’s name became the number-one trend over the weekend.

An online petition has been signed by the social media users to pull down her name from the porn site.

The Logical Indian Take

It is much more disgusting of a realisation that the rape victim’s name is trending on a porn site. This incident makes it very clear that how many ever protests conducted by the public or bills passed by the government, women are not safe until and unless the mindset of the perverts gets straight. The problem is ingrained and purely psychological.
