Vinay Bihari resorted to Gandhigiri

To mark the protest against the ignorance of ministers, BJP MLA Vinay Bihari resorted to Gandhigiri. Since last three years, Vinay Bihari had been requesting the authorities to construct 44 km new road in his Legislative Assembly area Lauria in West Champaran District, Bihar.

Vinay Bihari has written a letter to Minister of PWD Tejasvi Yadav, CM Nitish Kumar and Union Minister Nitin Gadkari, but his request has not yet been considered.

As a protest against this ignorance, Vinay removed his clothes and sent his shirt to Union Road Transport Minister Nitin Gadkari and his trouser to Chief Minister Nitish Kumar. Vinay now roams around in vest and shorts in his constituency.

Vinay Bihari says that he will take back his clothes himself the day construction of road begins and that his trouser does not belong to an MLA but the development and good governance by CM Nitish Kumar. The trouser will remind him of the promise he made on November 26, 2013, before a crowd of half a million people to build the road State Highway. After his victory in Lok Sabha election, he has forgotten to keep his promise, as reported by Pradesh 18.

Vinay has taken a pledge that he will only wear his clothes when the construction of the road will begin. Vinay is also a Bhojpuri actor and a singer and was elected as MLA from Lauriya (West Champaran) Vidhan Sabha in the year 2010
