Intoxicated Of Power JDU Leader's Son Allegedly Shot Teen For Overtaking His Car

As per reports, there was no known enmity between the killer and the victim. The victim was on his way back after having celebrated his birthday when he overtook the car in which Rocky Yadav was seated. The accused then overtook the victim’s car, pulled the victim out of it and beat him up.

According to the accused Rocky Yadav’s father, his son took out his licensed pistol in his defense and killed the victim by mistake.

Abuse of power is a menace with which a majority of us Indians have to deal, in one way or the other. Today it was the turn of a youth who got killed in the blatant abuse of it. Indians have to face these situations of from the political class, the administration, the police, etc.

It is a time that politicians, the administration and the people of India take a tough stance against the menace of abuse of power before more people are looted, hurt or killed. The balance of power between the legislature, executive and judiciary are of paramount importance.

The Logical Indian demands that the MLC be suspended immediately besides arresting her son who should be given the most rigorous punishment. We demand that the family of the victim be adequately compensated. The chief minister should intervene at the earliest and ensure justice is served to the victim.
