While others go for posters of film stars and other celebrities in Kochi, Sathyan’s auto is stickered with the pictures of babies. But this is not for a decoration purpose. Sathyan loves and cares children very much.

Sathyan is not an ordinary Autowala, he contributes a good part of his income for the family of children who cannot afford their medical expenses. Till now, He has donated Rs 15 lakh for the treatment of children who suffered from various ailments, reports Mathrubhumi.com

“Many families in our society cannot afford the medical expenses. Many parents get into my auto with their kids from hospitals. Their face reveals the agony they are going through. They need our help, especially financial support. Their melancholic faces shook my heart, and prompted me to do something for them”, says Sathyan.

Sathyan has contributed to the treatment of seven kids so far. He has given Rs 5.5 lakh for Arjun, a five-month-old resident of Malappuram. He looks after his family and meets both ends of his life from the income he earns from driving. Now, his two children have got jobs, and he is now happy that he can give a good portion of his income for the needy.

Sathyan, who is basically from Kumily, in Idukki district, Kerala came to Kochi to find a job. He now lives with his family in Aluva and earns income through driving. He is not a crorepati, but unlike others who are self-centred, Sathyan owns a compassionate heart which makes him unique. The Logical Indian salutes and applauds Sathyan for helping people in need.
