Prime Minister Narendra Modi participates in the Homage & Reception Ceremony of 'Swarnim Vijay Mashaals' at the National War Memorial on 16th December to commemorate India's victory over the 1971 Indo-Pak war on 50th Vijay Diwas. Defence Minister Rajnath Singh took part in the ceremony along with PM Modi for the occasion.
