To save the environment and to encourage people to celebrate Ganesh Chaturthi in an eco-friendly way, 30 year old sculptor Dattadri Kothur creates Ganesh idol which gives birth to tree.
He has been making idols for the last 7 years but last year only he came up with the idea of “Tree Ganesh” – an idol of Lord Ganesha with seeds hidden in his belly.
The idol is made by hand and use all natural materials which makes it easy to dissolve and the seeds inside begin to germinate eventually.
The Logical Indian appreciates he initiative taken by Dattadri Kothur and we hope everyone celebrate it in eco-friendly way.
