[W/R] Saare Jahan Se Accha Hindustan Hamara: Son of Man Lynched For Beef Appeals For Peace

Mohammad Sartaj’s father was beaten to death on 28 September by hundreds of people on a rumor of consuming beef and his brother is in critical condition fighting for life. In an interview with NDTV appealed to everyone to maintain communal harmony and peace. He didn’t show a sign of bitterness and cynicism while giving the interview. Mohammed Sartaj is  a Corporal with the Indian Air Force.

While we have people like Sartaj, who are trying to keep alive humanity, there are people, who don’t miss a chance to spread hatred. This is a time when everyone of us needs to stand against the hatred that is being spread across the country. The Logical Indian appeals to our community members to stay together, we have to build our nation and we cannot allow religious fanatics to divert our attention.

Mohammad Sartaj Appeals To Every Indian:

मैं एक छोटी सी बात कहना चाहता हूँ
और विनती करना चाहता हूँ
सारे जहां से अच्छा हिन्दोस्तां हमारा
मज़हब नहीं सिखाता आपस में बैर रखना
बस इसपर अमल हो जाये

अच्छे लोग भी हैं, बुरे लोग भी हैं
कुछ लोगों को छोड़ कर सारा देश अच्छा है !
उन चंद लोगों का इलज़ाम पूरे देश की जनता पर लगा देना ग़लत होगा

जो दोषी हैं, जो मर्डरर हैउन्हें पकड़ा जाए और उनपर जल्द से जल्द सख्त से सख्त कार्यवाही होनी चाहिए
