VVIP culture and apathy of public costs a life in Madhya Pradesh. A bike rider collides with a bus and consequentially sustains serious injuries to him. The natural reaction would have been to take him to the nearby hospital immediately to save his life. However, the victim was just helped to the side of the road and not taken to the hospital, according to reports, they were waiting till the chief minster’s convoy to pass and enter the assembly. Sadly, the victim succumbed to the injuries and loss of blood from injuries.
There were six traffic police officials who were present at the spot witnessed the accident but instead of taking him to the hospital, they were reportedly seen busy in securing the traffic for Chief Minister’s convoy. He was moved from the middle of the road to the pavement because the traffic police around the Assembly were more concerned about CM’s convoy.
Raise the questions to find the answers
1.) Why does CM convoy passing by should be a reason to not attend to a person waiting to die?
2.) To what extent have authorities become insensitive that they felt a passing CM convoy was more important than of a person who is about to die?
3.) Why didn’t someone from public help and take him to the hospital?
Madhya Pradesh CM took cognizance of the matter and tweeted 
The Logical Indian condemns vehemently the attitude that is becoming part of the administration and the political class which has cost many lives including the precious one today in Madhya Pradesh. The administration and the political class have to be way more sensitive to the very people who had voted them to power. Chief Minister convoy’s can’t be a reason for a person to die, not anywhere in the world, not in India.
