An 18-year-old Pakistani terrorist, Ali Babar Patra, affiliated with the Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) was arrested by the Indian Army in an encounter at the Uri sector in Kashmir on September 27. In a press conference, Patra asked the Pakistani Army, ISI and Laskar to make arrangements to take him back to his mother.
