Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed the nation on 25th December, updating about the recent COVID 19 situation in India. The rising cases of the Omicron variant have caused a wave of great concern all across the country. PM Modi has appealed to the nation to follow the COVID 19 protocols. The nation is well equipped with 18 lakh isolation beds, 5 lakh oxygen-supported beds, 1.40 lakh ICU beds, 90,000 pediatric ICU, and non ICU beds. India also has more than 3,000 working PSA oxygen plants.
