A mysterious explosion was reported from Chamber no 102 in Rohini Court, Delhi at around 10:30 am. According to the police, the blast happened in a laptop bag that might have a light IED. The security in the court premises has been tightened and the National Security Guard reach the spot to examine the situation. The court proceedings have been suspended as the NSG and police investigate.
