On 5th January, a team of officers from the police’s IFSO unit reached Jorhat in Assam to arrest Bishnoi. The 21-year-old is the main conspirator and creator of the ‘Bulli Bai’ app on the GitHub platform and the main Twitter account holder of ‘Bulli Bai.’ Earlier, Mumbai cyber cell has arrested a 19-year-old from Uttarakhand, a 21-year-old engineer from Bengaluru and another 21-year-old from Uttarakhand.
