The Kerala Government Medical Officers' Association (KGMOA) has intensified its protest today, June 25, over the non-arrest of an alleged police trainee, accused of assaulting a doctor on duty at the district hospital of Alappuzha. Since the pandemic began, multiple incidents of assault and abuse on doctors have come to light.
