A resident of Dhanbad diagnosed with bipolar disorder, had allegedly used abusive words for a BJP leader at a protest site in Dhanbad. In the presence of BJP leader and Dhanbad MLA Raj Sinha and Dhanbad MP P N Singh, the man was forced to do sit-ups and lick his spit. The angry crowd, which had BJP workers, later forced him to chant Jai Shri Ram.
