A day after Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s security was allegedly breached on the National Highway of Punjab; he was forced to halt for over 15 minutes due to a protest. Assam chief minister Dr Himanta Biswa Sarma on January 6 offered puja at the venerable Ugratara temple in Guwahati for the wellbeing of PM Narendra Modi. Sarma was also accompanied by BJP Assam president Bhabesh Kalita and several others.
