About 20 workers of Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) gathered outside the Mantralaya the state secretariat in Mumbai at around 3 am on July 17 and started digging up a footpath to “protest against the potholes on roads”.

On Monday too, the MNS workers barged into the PWD office in Navi Mumbai’s Turbhe and vandalized it.

Now the question is – Will they be made to pay for damaging the public property?
