A Sessions court in Rajasthan acquitted all six accused in the Pehlu Khan lynching case on August 14. Three other accused are minors and proceedings against them are pending in the Juvenile Justice Board. Pehlu Khan with his sons was beaten up by cow vigilantes on the Delhi- Alwar highway on April 1, 2017. He succumbed to his injuries two days later.
