According to the Syrian Network for Human Rights, attacks by U.S.-led coalition forces in the past three months have resulted in at least 18 civilian casualties. The group says that in the same period, Syrian government forces killed 2,801 civilians, Russian airstrikes killed 286 civilians and ISIS killed 286 civilians in Syria.
