I am a regular birdwatcher in Bannerghatta Biological Park, Bangalore and I was shocked with the following scene. The Park authority had decided to paint the grill around the bird enclosure however even a few pelicans and storks had green paint on their bodies. It is not clear whether this happened by accident or on purpose but the birds had paint on their neck, wings and feathers and the worst part was that the authorities were later found to be using blades and kerosene to remove that green paint.
This is how the birds and animals are being treated inside a biological park.

The Logical Indian community requests the government of Karnataka and the district administration to take action against the park authorities for this incident. Animal and birds may not have the ability to complain but that does not mean we can allow this kind of ill-treatment towards them. Birds in particular are known to have very low capacity to tolerate shock and shock is often the number one cause of death in wild birds.
