In a detailed suicide note and video, Subhash allegedly accused them of harassment and extortion. The family has been remanded in custody as investigations continue, with police stating they will pursue all evidence to ensure justice.

The arrests took place after Bengaluru police tracked Nikita to Gurugram and her family members to Prayagraj. They were presented in court and subsequently sent to judicial custody. Subhash’s brother filed a complaint alleging that the Singhanias demanded ₹3 crore to withdraw legal cases against him and ₹30 lakh for visitation rights to their son.

In his suicide note, Subhash reportedly expressed feelings of despair and hopelessness, emphasizing that he felt trapped by the ongoing legal battles and financial pressures. An 81-minute video accompanying the note has drawn significant public attention, with the phrase “justice is due” prominently featured.
