The Bengaluru Police have issued a notice for Nikita and her family to appear within three days as part of the investigation into claims of abetment of suic!de. While initial reports suggested arrests had been made, police have confirmed that no one has been detained yet, although efforts are ongoing to locate the accused family members who have reportedly fled their home in Uttar Pradesh.

A dedicated police team has been dispatched to Jaunpur, Uttar Pradesh, where Nikita Singhania and her family reside. They have issued a notice demanding that Nikita, her mother Nisha Singhania, brother Anurag Singhania, and uncle Sushil Singhania appear before the Marathahalli Police Station within three days for questioning. Police officials have stated that special teams are working diligently to gather evidence and ensure justice for Subhash, who allegedly faced years of emotional distress due to harassment from his wife and her family.
