CCTV footage tracked Umar’s movements through at least 40 cameras from Faridabad’s Al Falah University to various key Delhi locations days before the attack.
The National Investigation Agency (NIA) uncovered plans to launch rocket and drone attacks resembling Hamas-style tactics, but after technical setbacks, Umar carried out the suicide bombing.
