Champions are not born with a silver spoon in their mouth. With sheer hard work, determination, and passion, they strive for success in different races of life. The ‘Winning Ingredient’ to any individual’s success comes from within, which guides them through the different tracks they choose to compete on, no matter how difficult they are.

There are many who wait their entire life for some magic to happen that will turn their life around for better. But magic doesn’t happen until we are motivated to carve our way to success and glory culminated with hard work.

There are many of us who seek motivation from speeches, incidents or anecdotal events from someone else’s life, however, seldom does it last forever. If you want to succeed, you have to start looking for the winning ingredients within yourself. It is what is lacking there, that you need to inculcate. The passionate ones change the situation with their own efforts. They keep moving forward breaking all the hurdles they encounter.

The ingredients of success: Hard work, perseverance, persistence to do things in the right way every time, to be fearless to take risks and to not lose hope, cannot be taught. These need to come from within.
