Kamala Lochan Baliarsingh is a 60-year-old pauper who lives in the city of Bhubaneshwar, surviving day after day collecting plastic bottles at the railway station and picking leftovers from train coaches, who even though stricken by poverty and hunger, feeds stray dogs instead of himself.
“Only a Hungry person can understand the pangs of Hunger.Kindness is serene when nothing is expected in return and a heart which doesn’t differentiate between an Animal and a Human”
