Why IDLY ?
Last decade has seen various fast food joints getting opened up and becoming popular among Indians, especially in the middle income group. People and especially kids are ditching Indian foods that are often more healthy and nutritious in favour of unhealthy and fatty Junk foods.

Idly is on such food item, that is not only a staple food for the millions in India, but because of its health and nutritious value are enjoyed world over.
