The Board of Secondary Education Rajasthan (RBSE) has announced the Class 12 board examination results for 2026 across Arts, Science and Commerce streams on its official website, rajeduboard.rajasthan.gov.in, bringing relief to more than eight lakh students across Rajasthan.
The results were declared on March 31 during a press conference addressed by Education and Panchayati Raj Minister Madan Dilawar from the Udaipur district collector’s office, with board administrator Shakti Singh Rathore and secretary Gajendra Singh Rathore joining virtually from the Ajmer board headquarters.
According to official data, the overall pass percentage stands at around 96.23%, with Arts recording 97.54%, Science 97.52%, and Commerce 93.64%. The announcement also included key statistics such as gender-wise performance and district-level trends, with girls once again outperforming boys in most streams.
Eight Lakh Students Receive Results
The RBSE Class 12 examinations were conducted between February 12 and March 11, 2026, in a single morning shift across hundreds of centres statewide. More than eight lakh candidates appeared for the exams across the three main streams, making it one of the largest state board examination cycles in the country. The exams began with the Psychology paper and concluded with Physical Education, and authorities stated that the process was carried out in an organised and smooth manner at all examination centres.
Announcing the results, Minister Madan Dilawar congratulated students, teachers and families for their dedication, highlighting the efforts of education officials and school staff who ensured the examinations and evaluation process were completed efficiently. The board also released additional performance indicators such as gender-wise pass percentages, district-level results and subject-wise trends to provide a clearer picture of academic outcomes across the state.
Students can access their results by visiting the official RBSE website and entering their roll number. In order to manage the large number of users accessing the portal simultaneously, the board also enabled alternative platforms such as SMS services and digital portals like DigiLocker and the UMANG app to check scorecards. Authorities advised students to download and keep a printed copy of the provisional marksheet until original certificates are issued through schools.
Top Performers and Emerging Academic Trends
Alongside the announcement of results, the board also recognised high-scoring students who achieved exceptional marks this year. Among the top performers, students like Navya Kumari Meena and Deepika emerged as leading achievers in their respective streams, highlighting the strong academic standards maintained by many schools in the state. Their achievements have drawn attention across Rajasthan, inspiring thousands of students preparing for future board examinations.
Academic trends in the results indicate consistently high performance across streams, with most pass percentages exceeding 97%. The Arts stream, which traditionally has the largest number of candidates, recorded one of the highest success rates, followed closely by Science. Meanwhile, Commerce also maintained a strong pass rate, reflecting steady academic outcomes despite having comparatively fewer candidates.
Education experts note that girls have once again outperformed boys across multiple streams, continuing a pattern seen in several previous years of board examinations. However, the surge in traffic on the official result website briefly caused technical disruptions, making it difficult for some students to access their scores immediately after the announcement. Officials acknowledged that the heavy load on the server led to temporary slowdowns and encouraged students to check through alternative links and digital services.

The RBSE Class 12 board examinations remain a crucial milestone in the academic journey of students in Rajasthan, determining eligibility for higher education courses and professional programmes across India. The Rajasthan Board has also introduced multiple digital tools in recent years to make results more accessible. Besides the official website, students can retrieve their results through SMS, mobile applications and online portals, reducing dependency on a single platform during peak traffic periods. Such measures aim to improve accessibility for students in rural and remote regions who may face connectivity challenges during result announcements.
