I wanted to share an incident happened to me on my train journey from chennai to Rameshwaram. My father got causally injured from the side berth. Doing so, I was happily surprised that on the next station in 10 minutes, 04 policemen,01 doctor,01 compounder,01 helping staff and 01 officer was waiting for us.The train stopped especially 10mins for us whereas the stop was only for 02 min. Doctor came with all medical help wearing helmet, it looked like he didn’t get the time to remove it. He provide all possible medical help and bandages for next day.On the next station 02 engineers came to examine the berth and looked into the technical fault of its locking system. One officer took our feedback, a photo of my father and lock system.
The whole episode was so much entertaining and proud full. Hats off to indian railways, Modiji, Prabhu ji. You people rocks. Feeling proud to have voted for you.
