We have been getting a lot of emails from our community members related to the Mega-Festive-End Of Season sale by various e-commerce websites including the giants like Flipkart, Snapdeal, Amazon & Paytm.

As per reports by The Financial Express, ‘Big Billion Days’ sale, the five-day event just concluded, now in its second edition, saw a business turnover of over $300 million in gross merchandise volume (GMV), which was three times bigger than last year with the participation of 40,000 sellers and millions of visitors.

E-commerce giants are having good time but is there any improvement in the customer experience? Tell us how was your experience this year? Share all your positive and negative, unbiased reviews.

Also as customers, if you have any suggestions to improve the shopping experience & existing e-commerce scenario in India, do let us know. We will convey your meaningful suggestions to the respective brands. Your unbiased reviews will help other users on social media to understand the best practices and improve their experiences.
