BJP CM of Jharkhand Raghubar Das ordered suspension of District Commissioner of Bokaro Steel City for walking past him. He got upset when Manoj Kumar,DC walk past him in a pre-budget conference with people of Dhanbad.

Instead of insulting the officer in front of the public, CM could have discussed the issue with him in private and make him understand his mistake.
