Railway Ministry Took Commendable Action After This Guy Tweeted About Over Charging Of Water Bottles

When we travel in Indian railways, it happens that most of the time, we are charged more than the MRP especially for water bottles. We have to buy at the price mentioned because there is no other option.

Aman Narang was travelling in Chandigarh- Amritsar Superfast express, when the seller told him a water bottle for Rs 20 instead of MRP 15 He didn’t sit back. He tweeted to Ministry of Railways and action was promptly initiated.

Railway authorities fined the Catering Licensee with instructions about the concerned staff.
