Nation Builders Awards 2025: Recognizing India’s Top Inspiring Legends at the Future Frontiers Conclave

On September 19, 2025, the iconic Nation Builders Awards 2025 at the Future Frontiers Conclave was held at the B.R. Ambedkar International Centre, New Delhi. The gathering brought together thought leaders, social impact champions, and youth innovators, unified by a shared vision: driving India’s path towards Viksit Bharat 2047.

Organized by FICCI FLO and Chhatra Sansad India, with academic support from Galgotias University and a social wellness partnership by The Logical Indian, the conclave spotlighted the pivotal role of women & youth in shaping India’s inclusive and sustainable development story.

Empowering Women and Youth as Catalysts for Change

The conclave’s theme, “Empower, Innovate, Sustain,” underscored the importance of women and youth leadership in India’s growth narrative. Over 700 delegates from government, industry, academia, civil society, and youth groups gathered to discuss actionable strategies around gender parity, ethical governance, and digital innovation.

The event was enriched by the presence of eminent voices from across sectors. Shri Kiren Rijiju, Hon’ble Union Minister of Parliamentary Affairs and Minority Affairs, stressed the role of ethical governance in nation-building.

Spiritual guide and mentor BK Shivani spoke about the importance of inner strength and resilience in leadership. Entrepreneur and author Ankur Warikoo encouraged young changemakers to adopt innovative approaches to problem-solving.

Dr. Kiran Bedi, former Lieutenant Governor of Puducherry, highlighted the role of discipline and accountability in governance. Adding to the global perspective, Mr. Shombi Sharp, UN Resident Coordinator for India, emphasized India’s role in advancing the United Nations’ sustainable development goals.

Ms. Dipa Singh Bagai, Country Head at NRDC India, reflected on the intersection of environment and equity.
Shri Sunil Sethi, President of the Fashion Design Council of India, underlined the role of creativity in driving industries forward.

Finally, Ms. Salona Chandna from Google India spoke about strengthening cyber resilience and the importance of technology partnerships.

Together, these thought leaders reinforced the central message of the conclave: that empowering women and youth is not only desirable but also essential for sustaining India’s social and economic momentum and advancing the nation’s ambitious development goals.
