#taxiforsure gave me the worst experience. Characterless driver who had the audacity to message right when i stopped the cab. Guys do bot approve this guy incase you book your cab.

UBER, OLA & Taxi For Sure might have made life easy for many people to avail taxi’s on demand. However these service providers have thrown some occasional shockers when it comes to safety for women.
Priyanka Ghai was in for a rude shock after she got home from a cab ride with Taxi For Sure. The driver sent a message to Priyanka’s phone number which he had got from the booking details. The message is unprofessional and the line is very thin which needs to be drawn between a customer and a service provider.
Priyanka speaking to The Logical Indian had conveyed her shock and called for regulations which will not expose the passenger’s number to the cab driver. Priyanka despite the appalling behaviour of the driver had not blamed the service provider but has demanded that the driver to be penalized accordingly.
This is just not a single instance of indecent behavior. A Bengaluru woman booked a cab with Ola and for some reason, had to cancel it immediately after booking. She got the standard cancellation SMS and generally matters would have ended there had the driver not taken matters into his own hands. To her shock and horror, immediately after the message, the driver tried calling her and when she didn’t answer, sent her an SMS calling her ‘Gandu’.
The Logical Indian appeals to the app based cab services to fix all the loop holes which compromises on women’s safety and security. Starting from safeguarding the women passengers contact details to bringing in more women cab drivers, all the service providers could and should do more. We also demand immediate suspension of both the drivers.
