My Story: I Saw The Driver Waiting Inside The Restaurant & Was Wondering What Business He Has Now

“Yesterday my wife & I were travelling from Kayamkulam to Bangalore. I would like to highlight the meticulous service provided by both the drivers during the journey. On the way the bus stopped for dinner break. It started to rain heavily by that time.

Our driver Mr. Suresh came back inside the bus after dinner and immediately took his umbrella and went back to restaurant again. By this time all the passengers were inside the bus. I saw Mr. Suresh waiting inside the restaurant for nearly 10-15 minutes and I was wondering what business he has now there when most of the passengers were back inside the bus. After some time I saw a lady passenger and her little daughter coming out.

Immediately Mr. Suresh escorted the little girl to the bus making sure not even a single drop of rain fell on her head. The other driver also came back and moved the bus much nearer to the restaurant for an easy access. The team work was really commendable.

I have travelled in many of the state transport and private buses but I have never seen this kind of commitment and passion to help passengers. Mr.Suresh drove for the entire night and took rest for only 2-3 hrs and was back to work early morning helping passengers with their luggage with a big smile. I must say Mr.Suresh and his partner (name unknown) are a real asset to KSRTC.”
