“Give me some money”. This is what she asked me at the first sight. After having the conversation for a couple of minutes, I came to know that she don’t have father. At the same time I realized that god gifted me with three sons but deprived me from being the father of a daughter. It’s been so many times when my wife and me always got emotional thinking if we could have a daughter in our home. All of my three sons are married now and we felt heartbroken on the occasion of everyone’s wedding for not having a daughter. We used to think “ Agar woh hoti toh aisa karti. Baarat me Jaati. Sab log bhot khush hote”. All of my three sons also realize the pain for not having a sister quite often, especially on Raksha Bandhan every year. When this girl came and asked me for the money, I have seen my daughter in her and we spent some good quality time together. I helped her out in the best possible way I could. The one and only thing which I would like to say is that please don’t kill the baby girl in the womb they are the bright future of our society.
Hunger pangs in the middle of the night? Too hungry, but too lazy to cook? Want a quick snack? For all of this MAGGI is our saviour in yellow armour.
But have you ever given a thought to what makes MAGGI a hit among people of all age groups and across the locations? How is the inimitable taste of MAGGI Masala produced? What are the different measures taken to ensure that the MAGGI you consume is not just a treat for your tongue but is also of great quality?
Well, since MAGGI has been in our kitchens for the last 35 years, they are now giving us a chance to see their kitchens as part of the initiative “From our kitchen to your kitchen”.
In “From our kitchen to your kitchen,” the consumers will be taken on a virtual tour through a four-part digital video series, and a dedicated website. Not only this, but MAGGI has also brought onboard the famous duo of Rocky and Mayur, veteran foodies. Their panache and experience add ‘masala’ to the consumer’s virtual journey.
In their industrial scale kitchens, the preparation of MAGGI Noodles starts with the mixing of flour, water, etc. The dough is then passed through a series of rollers to form thin sheets. These sheets are cut into fine noodle strands, which are then waved, folded and cooked to form the noodle cake we are so familiar with.
Feeling hungry yet?
The noodle cakes are then sealed and packaged along with the Masala Tastemaker sachets.
Today, the world is moving ahead at a breakneck pace, and it is reflected in how we choose what we eat. MAGGI has opened its doors to the consumers through this transparency initiative. The aspect of accountability also comes in the picture and MAGGI makes sure that through and certified quality checks are put in place.
If you want to see how MAGGI is made, or if you want to hear from the Quality Assurance officers about the various quality checks while Mayur and Rocky be their jolly selves, you can watch the engrossing video series. Also, for the more curious of us, MAGGI has explained engagingly in the videos, interesting details, and nuances regarding spices, process, cooking, nutrition, and everything that MAGGI-lovers desire to know.
MAGGI understands that the consumer of today is very informed and highly conscious of what he/she is consuming. Respecting the same sentiment, through this initiative, MAGGI wants to give its consumers insight into what they are eating and to provide for deeper conversations and connection with the brand.
