Manish Thakre works as the Head Urban Programme and Policy at Save the Children India. Working with Programme Policy and Impact and other verticals to undertake research, advocacy and campaigns linked to the issues of urbanization and its impact on children. He holds a Master and M. Phil. Degrees in Applied Geography from the Centre for Study of Regional Development, School of Social Sciences, Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU).
