The anti-corruption Lokayukta police discovered asset worth crores while raiding police constable’s home in Indore, Madhya Pradesh on Monday.

Lokayukta police started raiding the home of head constable Arun Singh on Monday morning and found that he owned two plots of 6000 square feet, a farm house and two flats in Indore.

Not only in Indore they also find assets in Rewa 700 kilometers from Indore, where he owns 25-acre farm house, two plots of 8000 square feet and two houses.

He owns eight bank accounts and has fleet of four cars including one SUV.

He is posted in Jabalpur as a constable and has accumulated such wealth way beyond his legitimate source of income. The count of fixed and liquid assets could sum up to Rs. 5 crores as per the police estimation.

The Logical Indian hopes police does a thorough investigation on this subject and justice is served well in the case as the corruption is the biggest challenge for India in today’s time and it is hampering the nation’s growth and not allowing the economic development to reach to the poor.
