The procedure involved repairing an Atrial Septal Defect (ASD) in a 35-year-old patient, a condition that can lead to serious complications if left untreated. The use of the SSI Mantra robotic system allowed for an incredibly precise operation, executed with minimal latency, which is crucial for maintaining patient safety during such complex procedures.
