The Honest Bengaluru Traffic Police!

“Kudos to Bengaluru Traffic Police! Today morning I wanted to take an auto to the main road and the auto guy was demanding Rs 50 for 1 km. He was just not ready to put the meter on when I asked him to.

I called up Traffic Help line & I explained the situation to the cop Mr. Krishnappa, wireless operator, who answered and gave him the land mark where I was.

He immediately informed the Madiwala traffic police through his walkie talkie while i was still on line and informed me to wait for some time and told that help is on the way. I waited for almost 30 minutes along with the auto driver and yes our heroes (Mr.Krishne Gowda and Mr.Beeresh attached to Madiwala traffic police station) did arrive took the auto driver to task and also ceased his license and they bought me a fresh glass of water melon juice as i was standing there for almost half an hour and they were extremely courteous and helpful.

I am really very happy with the response. And also while i was waiting for them to come they were checking if the driver was causing any trouble to me by calling on my number every 10 minutes.Thank you very much and Hats off!”
