Government’s Digi-Locker For Electronic Document Storage To Launch July 1

Come July 1, 2015, The Government of India is keen on making it easier for the students to keep their important documents safely, under the initiative of ‘Digital India’. The initiative includes projects like eBasta that would cover all NCERT books along with State Boards’ Textbooks. These shall be available on an online app, free of cost. The other project under this initiative is Digital Locker facility that is for the Aadhaar card holders who can secure their certificates online.

This initiative also includes National Scholarships Portal which will bring all the scholarship opportunities available in India under one platform and ensure smooth disbursement of scholarships.

This move by the government is appreciated and people are really excited to experience it.
