Social media quite often has proved to be a platform for young talents to get recognised all over the world without any requests or recommendation. Many people get noticed by the field experts and authorities after videos of exhibiting their talents have gone viral.
One such case happened on Saturday when Minister of State for Sports, Kiren Rijiju replied to former Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan’s tweet.
In the viral video tweeted by Chouhan on Friday, a 24-year-old boy is seen running 100 metres in 11 seconds on a street in Madhya Pradesh. The boy in the video is believed to be Rameshwar Singh from Shivpuri district in Madhya Pradesh. The former chief minister in the tweet urged the sports ministry to look into the matter.
India is blessed with talented individuals. Provided with right opportunity & right platform, they’ll come out with flying colours to create history!
Urge @IndiaSports Min. @KirenRijiju ji to extend support to this aspiring athlete to advance his skills!

The use of social media is primarily to express and promote oneself. The story is a lesson on how social media (if used wisely) can be boon for talented people.
