“Give me some money”. This is what she asked me at the first sight. After having the conversation for a couple of minutes, I came to know that she don’t have father. At the same time I realized that god gifted me with three sons but deprived me from being the father of a daughter. It’s been so many times when my wife and me always got emotional thinking if we could have a daughter in our home. All of my three sons are married now and we felt heartbroken on the occasion of everyone’s wedding for not having a daughter. We used to think “ Agar woh hoti toh aisa karti. Baarat me Jaati. Sab log bhot khush hote”. All of my three sons also realize the pain for not having a sister quite often, especially on Raksha Bandhan every year. When this girl came and asked me for the money, I have seen my daughter in her and we spent some good quality time together. I helped her out in the best possible way I could. The one and only thing which I would like to say is that please don’t kill the baby girl in the womb they are the bright future of our society.
