After the humane attitude exhibited by the people across the nation to stand in solidarity with the people of Chennai, here comes another helping hand for the dogs in the city who have been as much affected as the humans due to the rains in the city.

Hotels for Dogs, a boarding house for dogs in Chennai, have urged the townsfolk to send their dogs to their shelter so that they could be transported to Bangalore till the time the rains subside. In their profound Facebook message, they have promised to keep the pets safe and well.

As the rains keep pouring and our city is slowly sinking. We have been getting a lot distress calls from dog owners…

As they have overused their available capacity in Chennai, they would now take the dogs to their Bangalore facility.

Since they couldn’t take in dogs in the hotel at Chennai, they made arrangements to shift the dogs to their Bangalore facility. The dogs would be brought back after the situation in the city came back to normal.

The team is helping to take in as many pets as possible to save them from the sinking city.

#Kudos to these guys!
