Khan Academy Launches Math Tutorials In Hindi For Indian Students & Teachers

Khan academy, an US-based non-profit organization, known for providing free world-class education for anyone, anywhere around the world through internet videos.

Their new e-learning website provides free online tutorials in Hindi for Indian students and teachers.

Khan Academy was launched by MIT graduate Salman Khan in 2006, when he decided to post mathematics tutorials for his cousin that attracted a lot of attention compelling him to leave his job at hedge fund and launched the academy. The academy is funded by global tech giants like Google and Microsoft.

In India, they have ventured with the help of Central Square Foundation (CSF).

The tutorials at their initial period will stick to NCERT syllabus for the mathematics and is for students of class 5 to class 8.

The videos and interface are simple enough to understand and will be be beneficial for even teachers, who can use them to refer.
